Meet Chad
Chad grew up in Paducah and is a proud graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School, where he played on the football team before attending the University of Kentucky, graduating in 1993 with a BA in Economics. He then attended the University of Louisville and earned a Master of Business Administration in 1996 as an Honors Graduate, and later attended the University of Cincinnati, graduating from the Lindner Graduate School of Business, Center for Real Estate Studies in 2017 as an Honors Graduate.
Holding a Certified General Real Property Appraisal license and serving as our Principal Broker and operator of our Lexington office, Charles (Chad) possesses an unmatched understanding of the intricacies of complex real estate valuation and market trends. His 35+ years of experience, including more than 25 years serving the large, rapidly expanding markets in Central Kentucky, have given him invaluable competence that helps his clients achieve their goals. When not working, Chad enjoys spending time with his family on their farm, traveling, hunting, and snowboarding.
