Meet Ben
Ben grew up watching his dad, George, run our real estate company, and his big brother, Chad, following in George's footsteps, paving the way for the family business. After graduating from Paducah Tilghman High School in 2001, he attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, graduating in 2005 with a BS in Psychology. After graduation, he moved back home to Kentucky and began completing courses to obtain his licenses. Joining the company in 2006 as an agent and appraiser, he soon became a partner and ultimately took full ownership in 2012.
Holding a Certified General Real Property Appraisal license and serving as an agent and operator of our Paducah office, real estate has been in his blood since he was a kid. For more than 20 years, he has been a market leader in commercial sales and leasing in western Kentucky, while also serving hundreds of clients with certified appraisal reports. Ben's extensive knowledge of the intricacies of the western Kentucky market allows him to serve his clients with a skill set that almost guarantees success.
When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, playing golf, hunting, fishing, boating, and snow skiing.
